Trying to use square for the first time in years...
I work as a Coach internationally living in Canada the UK and Portugal .. I just tried to put my first of many invoices through as a cardless transaction for a Canadian client and got an 'invalid location' notice.
What do I do? Please help.

Hey there @Joyfulwon. Did you create your account in Canada? And were you in Canada when you recently tried to send that invoice?

Hi Nika,
Yes I was in Portugal but my account is in Canada...
So does that mean I need to open an account everywhere I travel to? Because currently I'm in Norway setting up for another workshop here... And I live in the UK, and Portugal as well.

Hi @Joyfulwon! Stepping in for Nika here.
Readers and accounts are landlocked to where you live so you can't use the account internationally.
You are only able to create an account where you reside as well so it wouldn't work to make new accounts where you are (and Square isn't available in all markets) so there's unfortunately no workaround for this with our system.

Why not just use a VPN and select the original home country? Won’t that work?
