Is there a way to have 2 separate fee's in one transaction?

I need to have a price per items based on quantites of items, but I also need a 1 time fee of 1 quantity in order to sell one item.

ex.

100 pieces x price

1 setup fee (always 1 fee)

possible?

You can create more than one sales tax and then label it whatever you'd like. Is that what you mean?
