Is there a way to send a reminder to a client (e-mail or txt) for a specific item or service.
Context:
I am a healthcare provider. Patients come to me to have their medication injected. I would like to send them a reminder to get their prescription from the pharmacy ahead of time. As it seems some of them forget or believe I can sell it to them (not the case...).
