Multiple readers on the same stand?

Can you have two readers on 1 stand? I have one checkout with two sides and it would be nice if there was a functioning reader on each side so they don't have to reach over. Anyone tried plugging two of the tap readers into one stand?

There's not a way to connect two readers to 1 stand no. 

I checked with our Hardware specialists just to be sure but that is correct that you can't do this.
