POS square needs Internet connection to print tickets?

Hi. I have a tablet with android connected by WiFi with router. To this same router I connected printer star, by cabel ethernet. My question is if POS square needs Internet connection to works and print tickets. Because many times per day I have problem with signal I loosing Internet connection and later I have erros in POS and no ticket. It's normal?? I tought everything can works offline.

Hi @gulek! I'm sorry but at this time Offline Mode is only available in the US, Canada, UK, and Japan. This means you do need an internet connection to print tickets.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your internet. Your internet provider or a specialst should be able to help — if you can arrange them to visit your business they might be able to determine if something specific is interrupting your conenction.
