I was using square & the invoice option came up, I downloaded the app and went through adding all my info... ABN ect I then sent two invoices, one to myself one to a customer, I paid mine a test! It seemed to work. My customer paid theirs, then it showed as paid, but wasn’t transferring I was looking for days trying to work it out. I finally logged out and back in to the app now it’s completely blank no invoices, no payments yet the money came out of my bank for the test one! Now I’m worried mine & my customers information may be compromised no record of where the payments gave gone. I can’t speak with square they’re closed on the weekend.... anyone else experienced this?
