I have followed the instruction given for the new feature - Itemized Refund. However, I am unable to tap on specific items to activate the Issue Refund. Basically the items cannot be selected. Currently the only way the POS allows me is to manually key in the refund amount > select reason > Issue Refund. Many thanks.

At this time the ability to process itemized refunds is currently only available and to sellers using iOS devices in the United States, United Kingdom, and Japan.
This feature will be available everywhere else soon, but I don't have an ETA yet!
