What do you reccomend?

Im beginning a food stand. It Will not be enclosed therefore i will not have internet. What do you reccomend i use for accepting payments?

You can use Square Point of Sale app in offline mode then later when you are able to connect to the internet, switch to online mode and it will send in the transactions.  Just be aware of the limitations and risks with offline mode.  For more info, see the Process Payments with Offline Mode help page
