What's this error message for failed transaction all about?

I get this error message for a transaction through my Web site: Failed to process payment for order #13368 through Debit / Credit Card: `` is not a valid enum value for `shipping_address.country`.

What does it mean? What is the fix?

THATS the same question i have can someone assist in this matter
