Why are POS sales not registering in my account?

My online sales are fine, but when my partner goes to the farmers markets, her sales do not show up in our account.  We didn't notice until we realized our inventory count was off.  I had turned off the email notification for each payment, so we don't have that record either.  They just don't show up in the sales reports.

Something sounds off there, but I'm sure we can get to the bottom of it with your help, @Fullfillery.

We aren't able to look into account specifics through the Seller Community, but our support team can!
