The online store isn't actually an "online store". It just shows all the locations you have a business at. You can click on the individual location and it will show you some options for setting up an online store. Wordpress is one of the most common methods for small business online shops. There is a plug in called Woo Commerce that needs to be installed on that so you can conduct commerce. From there you will have to install another plug in for Square.
