payment card validation failed

Just launched our online store for School Lunch Deliveries. All going well after a few config hiccups. During our own testing we have ordered and made payment successfully, then tested another transaction using the same credit card and on the Checkout screen after selecting Place Order, there is an error displayed saying "Payment Card Validation failed."

 

There is money on the card, we have received other successful orders.

 

This has happened to another customer also.

 

Please advise. Thank you!

You'd actually need to get in touch with support if you need help regarding a specific payment and why it may have declined - we're not able to go into private account transactions via our sellers community.

1. Sign in to your Square account

2. Head to our contact page https://squareup.com/help/au/en/contact

3. Go to "Other" then "I don't see my issue"

4. Click "Message us" or "Email us"
