I've just asked someone to help me test me new e-shop and they get this error message (a couple of people previous to this transaction worked fine). Can you help?

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you had trouble processing a payment over the weekend.

 

Unfortunately this isn't an issue we're able to toubleshoot via our forum - so our support staff can properly look into this one, I recommend getting in touch with our UK office tomorrow morning on 0800 098 8008.
