I have tried to convert my weebly website into a web application, for this I need to edit the document "manifest.json" but I don't know if I have to edit the document "manifest.json" that has weebly by default or if I have to create a new one document "manifest.json" to be able to add on it: the short name, name, background, icons etc ...
Please, help me.
I have tried a lot of steps, but I don not have any correct answer, also, the Chrome DevTools can not find the manifest with its contents.
