Can't verify account so I can't publish my website

I have recently tried to publish my website on Weebly. The problem is, I need to enter my phone number in order to publish it. I'm confused, it's never asked me this before. Does anyone know how to solve this?
It doesn't look like there's enough content on the site manually verify it yet, @Pecanbrother. When you get more completed, let our Customer Success team know and they can take another look.
