Embeding Code gradually slows down my site

I just noticed recently that from loading time of 3.6 seconds, my site went up to 4 and 5 seconds respectively just by adding two embed codes on 2 pages of the site to make an H1 for SEO. 

How can we have a work around on that? How can we utilize this embed code without sacrificing our loading time.

Hey there!

Adding more information to the site will generally increase the amount of loading required. However, it may depend more on the content itself. Are the H1 tags the only content you're adding there?

yes I added only 2 h1 tags though both with a simple inline css.

Does your embedded code pull on resources from a third party site? It wouldn't be unusual for that cause load time to increase.
