Refund Request

Good Morning,

 

My web portal was shut down after I canceled the payment. I thought canceling would take me back to the free site, but it did not. I accidentally made two payments, as I was trying to open back up the site both online and from the email that was sent. I'd like the payment on the NEW account (the one that has no active web portal to it) refunded, please.  Thank you.
