Why do I need a phone code to log into my Weebly account?

@BernadetteA Hello, I am not able to login to my account. The email is [personal info removed] and the website name is peyton-zielinski.weebly.com. Every time I try to login it asks to provide a code from my phone number on the account, and I never receive a code. It says that my phone is blocked from receiving the code. I would appreciate some help on this matter. Thank you.

Can you confirm the address URL you enter to log into your account, and the last time you were able to successfully login? It sounds like you enabled the 2-factor login, but I'm not 100% sure until I dig into this a little more.
