Add to cart button is not functioning

Hi

i have just created my website and insert all my products in it. unfortunately, after i publish the website, i noticed that the add to cart button is not functioning. is there any solution to my problem ? Do i need to upgrade my plan in order to sell in the website ? You can check my website here:http://yumecatalogue.weeblysite.com/

You'll need to upgrade to a plan that supports selling the number of items you want sell, though you'll also need to connect to a checkout provider. To do the latter, go to Settings > Checkout and connect to either Stripe or PayPal.

I have upgraded to the Pro Plan to allow 25 items for sale. 

But my customer cannot add to cart
