Changing my plan from business to personal

My business plan has expired and I want to downgrade my site to a personal plan (I no longer need the sales features but want to keep my domain and blog). I can't see how to downgrade my plan, only how to upgrade, and would appreciate any help in this matter.

Hi @andreaengland Can you please confirm the site name? We can remove the plan for you, but please keep in mind you may need to disable certain features before republishing the site. You will see a popup to confirm this information when publishing if this is the case.

Hello Bernadette! I inadvertently created a business page and I do not need/want this version.  I would like to make my page a personal page. My website is keppersmartialarts.org.  Would you be able to fix this for me as well?
