I recently bought a new domain through Weebly and signed up for email through Weebly as well.
My primary email is gmail and I have another small business & email (diane@baltimoreyogatherapy.com) that has a domain & address through Weebly.
My verification email arrived in my prmary inbox (dianemfinlayson@gmail.com). I click that link and get sent to diane@baltimoreyogatherapy.com rather than the new email; diane@theprettyknots.com. I am unable to access this new address because I do not have a password and I cannot recover the account.
When I contact Google for workspace help and account recovery, they tell me since I purchased through a third party provider (Weebly) I need to go back to Weebly for support, however I cannot get a response from anyone within Weebly regarding recovery of the account and/or set-up. Suggestions?
