How do I restore my websites? I accidentally deleted them

Hello everyone,

Recently, a bit less than a week ago, I deleted 3 of my websites (for school assignments). However, I did not realize that they had not yet been marked so I was wondering if anybody could help me restore them. The three URL's for the websites are:
