JimmyJane, please send a support ticket at https://hc.weebly.com/hc/en-us/requests/new with the service you want refunded, the date and amount of purchase, and the last four digits of the card you were charged on. If the charge was in the last 30 days, we can refund it.

Can you please send a support request in here: https://hc.weebly.com/hc/en-us/requests/new from the email you registered your account with weebly. Please include the service you would like refunded in your request. If the renewal or purchase was made within the last 30 days we can absolutely get that refund proccessed for you!
