It looks like your account was banned for violating our TOS, @Haider. If you are logged into our Help Center, I would submit a ticket to our Customer Success team about it so they can escalate that to our policy team.

I have sent an email to recover my account as I lost all access but it appears that the issue may be related to my domain was redirected to a phishing site and I am getting error E313. My godaddy account was hijacked and all my sites were redirected. I logged in to weebly 3 days ago and chatted with support. My godaddy account was hacked and the A record was redirected. I corrected that and have been working through getting google to lift the red warning page. Since then I have lost access to my weebly account and the sites have a 404 page. I confirmed 3 days ago with Weebly that my websites were all good but now I can't log in. My email reset has no reset details in the email. It's blank with no reset link. That is how I got to this request.

I did not receive an email or anything else. I have run 2 business websites on Weebly since 2012 and have been in contact with support 3 days ago. I am shocked that my account is closed as I chatted with them on my issue and suggestions on how to resolve as quick as possible. I would like to get my websites live again. How do I gain access to them or your team? Thank you.

Yes, thank you. I reached out to Weebly via email as part of what I thought was Lost Email Account Recovery but I have not been able to get a ticket open to track yet on getting my account back.
