Best Way to Sell Registration to Event With a Lot of Variables

I have a web site with about 100 pages in it. When i add a new page i have to drag it up to the correct location in the menu system which can be more than a wee bit cumbersome as there is no way to collapse the tree structure. Is there any way to make this work better like an add-on I have not found?
