G Suite for nonprofits

I manage a nonprofit website; www.artisan-trails.org. It was my understanding that the G Suite application that I bought for the org was not resold by Weebly and was managed directly through Google. I find that this is not the case and the organization cannot use G Suite for Nonprofits because the G Suite is provided by a reseller. This organization has a very small budget and needs to be able to qualify for the nonprofit benefit. How can the current G Suite app to transferred directly to Google?
