How do I change the color / opacity of a nonclickable menu button?

The default background color of my nonclickable menu links is white and slightly see through. Is there anyway to change this so that they are completely opaque. On some pages, when they drop down it is difficult to read the text because of the lack of opacity. For example, hover over "my lists" from here. https://fraumeow.com/contact.html

I find that this looks worse on pages that do not have a header.

Hi @fraumeow. Your site was made through a different company called SiteGround, so I don't have access to your editor. If you click on Settings do you have the option to "Group excess pages under "More..."?
