Paid for the Pro Upgrade, But my accoount does not recognise I've upgraded!

Hey @Adam or @Bernadette 

I need some real help! I loged into my Weebly login and upgraded for 2 years to get our website online using a GoDaddy Domain and add video etc. to our site but our login does not recognise that we've upgraded! I need some serious help!
