Website flickers on phone browser and this happens on home page only

Hi - My website firststartcs.com is having a weird problem on mobile browsers. I tried this on Safari/Chrome on both iOS and Android platform. The home page flickers as soon as I open that on the browser and gets worse when I scroll. However the problem stops when I open another page on the website like classes or events. Looks like there is some bug or something that is not right on the homepage and need help to address the same.

Also this flickering problem is on the mobile phone only and works correctly on windows laptop.
