1. When I change/update a person's email address in "editing," it adds the new email address in Promote, but it does not delete the old one in Promote.
2. Also, when I move a person from one Group to another group on the Editing site, does not change it in Promote.
3. When I delete a person on Editing site, the name/email address is not deleted in Promote. When Marshall, from Weebly, was helping me, she added her name in a group on Editing Site and then deleted it. Her email address stayed in Promote.
Is is possible to change this so it updates in Promote when done in Editing. Very time consuming, tedious to have to do it in both. Also, is it possible to have names in Promote rather than just email address since it is hard to know who that person is especially when it does not update from Editing to Promote.
