Can't publish my site due to Verification problem

I can't pulish my site. Each time it asks to verify. It says to contact the Weebly help center to verify the account. Please help me.. I don't know how this problem is created. It was working Absolutely nice but i don't know what happened...Suddenly it wanted to verify my account...

this is the ticket. Taylor s admin says the problem is solved but still i cant publish the page. I am getting the same problem.

I don't know about what ticket you have asked for. i just sent a ticket which it recieved in my gmail. 

The ticket i sent to you (mentioned above), is that the one you asked for?

I have the same problem I am unable to publish my site as I am unable to verify my account. It asked for my phone, where I got a code but the code did not work and when I wanted to get new code I got message that my phone is not eligible. I already sent a request via the help center day ago but no answer. Can you help?
