Personal information must be buried in metadata as our site comes up with search of a staff name

A staff member complained that our site comes up when her first and last names are googled.  She is extremely worried as she has had a stalker before.  We only use first names from what I can see.  The page that comes up is the 'our team' page.  Her first name is Katherine, a common name, so there is no way that our side should be found when querying for her first and last name.  Our SEO Settings are all blank for the page that is coming up, so her last name is not buried there.  Where could her last name be buried, resulting in our site (and her work location) coming up when querying for her name?

@blockacadweb interesting.   Is it possible that they have created profiles on some other sites with links to your site?
