got banned out of the blue. I decided to visit it after a month-? ish and it said 404 page not found. Tried logging in, and it wouldn't let me so I contacted CS, only to continuously receive
"Your account was in violation of our Terms of Service.
I apologize that this happened unexpectedly. The ban cannot be reversed.
Please review our Terms of Service for more information."
I'm asking for explanation on which TOS I violated, and why there was absolutely 0 warning about this before they decided to abruptly close my account that I've been running for 7 years. I have a lot of people relying on my website, and for me to completely lose access to this is unbelievable. If my website cannot be retrieved, at least give me access to the contents that I've been uploading! or let me fix something that violated the TOS.
Since replying to the CS emails do not seem to fix anything, can someone here please care to assist. I'm tired of asking and replying to robotic emails.
