I'm tasked with managing PTO website. The domain name is not in the schools control. The administrative contact is long gone, and I am unable to locate a way to contact them. The contact address and phone number is that of the school but the name is a dead end, and I'm hoping there is way to recover ownership of this domain.
Weebly is out for hosting this website. Straight off the bat me or my lawyer cannot get through to phone support without a PIN, and the only outcome is to be hung up on. Also no response to certified letter from lawyer asking for information. Additionally, I need to add some functionality that is outside of a site builder, and have a new website ready to deploy. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.
Any suggestions to recover this domain?
