The front page of the mobile version of my website takes a very long time to load, as seen in the report from Pagespeed Insights:

Could someone please help me implement the "Eliminate render-blocking resources" and "Reduce unused JavaScript" recommendations from the above report?
Also, I am wondering if there is anything I can do with the background image on my website that would speed up the loading process?
