According to Google's speed testing tool, I need to remove render-blocking resources from my site pages in order to increase page speed (especially for mobile). There are many render-blocking resources listed, and most of them are labeled as Weebly-based to make our site easier to build.
Currently, I'm using the old website builder. There was recently an introduction of a new website builder. A new site builder is advertised as having fewer render-blocking resources.
Is it likely that Weebly will add fewer render-blocking resources to my site if I rebuild it using the newer website builder?

Hi @najeraruther23
I'm a web designer and developer.
I've successfully optimized dozens of Weebly websites for speed.
It's not recommended switch to the new website builder, it's much slower.
Weebly Classic is actually a great platform for speed, but as any platform, it needs a professional to do it fully.
(a lot of it is done by code)
You're welcome to contact me for website speed optimization.
