hyperlink problem

On Weebly, it seems challenging to create a hyperlink without the entire link address appearing simultaneously with the selected text. What should be do?

I am having the same problem. When I highlight text to add a link to that text, if drops the entire hyper link in instead of connecting my link text to that URL
