Are you unable to send/receive email, or are you running into a different error? Our support team will be able to assist you with troubleshooting this.
You can reach the team by scrolling to the bottom of our Help Center and clicking the Ask our support assistant button.
💡 Once you see the automated chat window, first type "speak with a rep" then select Chat with us. The next prompt will ask you if you want to talk to someone about your Square eCommerce store. Select yes, then click the button to be redirected to the Square Online (Weebly) support teams.
