My page has a lot of Categories and I am going to need to add even more. Based on this post, I was under the impression there is no limit. However, today, I imported some Products and noticed 1) while the Categories were created in the editor, they did not appear on the Product, and 2) The Products were still included as part of the Category. For example, the Category has 6 Products in it, but those 6 Products don't show the category (thought I want them to).
When I made the Category page live, tI see the Products on the main Category page, but I do not see tiles created for the Subcategories in question. I attempted to create new subcategories to see if that would solve the issue and they also will not render.

Categories: Unaffiliated Brands-->Pro Wrestling Tees--> Micro Brawlers Waves 1-6 [2018-2020]. Subcategories for Micro Brawlers Wave 5 and Micro Brawlers Wave 6 are where the issue lie.
