I make custom cricket bats & I have products that allow the customer to choose from a heap of different customisation...too many for Weebly to handle so I want to know if there is a way of adding a a simple form on the product page?
Squarespace has an option just like this which works great. These options don't affect the price at all but it gives the customer a chance to customise the product as they want it. For Example our different options would be:
Handle length: Super short, Short, Long
Handle Shape: Round or Oval
Sticker Colour: White, Orange, Blue, Purple
Blade Length: Short, Standard, Long
Grip Colour: White or Black
If some one has a work arounf that would be great

How many more options do you have for your products outside of those? It might be possible to break a single product out into a couple different products so you can use regular product options. You could also use the text input product option for those, although there's that chance that customers might enter something else.
