Product shows up in "site items" but I'm unable to add it to my page using "Product" option

I have a product that shows up under the "site items" but when I try to add the same item on my site, I cannot find it. I have attached screen shots. The first screen shot shows an item "CHOVA CHANDAN ORIGINAL. FOR. HOLI" and the second screen shot shows me searching "chova" but the item won't show up. 

Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

This is a very old store layout. I'm not sure if we are able to troubleshoot this, unfortunately. 

Based on your screenshots, it almost seems like the item is already added. Can you confirm which page the shop is under? It looks like you have a few.
