Upgrade Costs

I am trying to find out if there are different costs for different upgrades.  When I click on upgrade it only gives me one option to pay either £4.something a month for 12 months or £3.something for 24 months.

I would like to know if this gets rid of the weebly name from the website and what exactly is included in the costs/are there different levels?
