i want to customize the checkout process. 

1. How can i add a pop up, after clicking on the shopping cart to checkout?

2. If 1 is not possible: How can I change the text in the shopping cart menu, before going to ckeckout?

This can also be a solution for my concern.

Hello, @Isco11- A workaround to what you are trying to do would be to add a modifier for your customers to agree to terms of service.
