How to remove "unscubscribed" customers from my contact lists

I have the basic Promote plan which has a limit of 500 customers per email, which is fine for what I do. However, I'm running into problems with choosing the recipients of my emails. The handy "Send to all opted in" would be a great choice, but it exceeds my 500 limit. So I'm left with choosing from all the separate email opt-in lists that have accumulated in my account. And when I look at who's actually in these lists, I see names listed that are unsubscribed.

 

Mostly I just want to ensure that anyone listed as "unsubscribed" will in fact NOT receive promotional emails from me. I can't find any way to delete the unsubscribed customers from the list. So my question is, if they choose to be "unsubscribed", will Weebly automatically know not to send them the email blast? Otherwise, what is the point of them unsubscribing? Thanks!  -Julie
