My customer is having problems submitting her order. When she presses submit it says that it is an invalid card. I tried it on my computer and it did the same but when I went to my phone and did it directly through Square by entering in the info manually, it went through. Why the glitch on my website?

Typically when customers receive a message saying it is an invalid card, there is usually an issue with the billing information or the bank blocking a transaction. We recommend they try from a different device or browser!
