Why is my new team member being directed to an entirely new Square account?
Hello! We recently added a new team member to our Square account, but when she logs in, she is taken to an entirely new Square account that is asking to be set up from the ground up. Did she create a new Square account herself and perhaps needs to deactivate the account? She is using the email that we have for her under our business account. How do we get her linked to our business Square account and not the brand new one? Thank you!
