Online Ordering - Pickup at Store

Hi,

How can I setup a Square Online store so that my customers can pre-order their drinks before coming to the shop?

For example:

Customers place an order with a pickup time and we get it ready for them so they don't have to wait in line.

I noticed that option on the Register but cannot figure out how to set it up.

Hi @Bruno_ ,

The Square Online Store feature is currently unavailable in Japan. However, the Orders feature will soon be available via third-party integration through our Square API. With the API, you can use the Orders feature found on the Register app and keep track of online orders.

Hi, it looks like there is a new Online Store for Square Japan.

I cannot sync my Weebly to my Square account. I want my customers to place an order online and the register to print a docket for the baristas to make the drinks

Hi @Bruno_ 

We have recently launched a new Online Store to a few users in Japan. Unfortunately, if you already have a Weebly account, we are not able to transfer it's contents or information over to the new Square Online Store. If you'd like to use use the new Online Store, you will need to remove your Weebly integration from your Square account and try again after. Once you can get your Online Store setup through Square, it will work with your app and be able to print out tickets from your receipt printer.
