Why does a transaction not show up in my balance

I processed at payment and it does not show in balance

If the transaction was a Cash transaction it would not show up in the Balance report since that is only what gets transferred from a Credit Card sale. You would want to look at your Sales Report which shows all types of transactions.

pretty sure neither one of us is talking about cash sales. i think the other person is like me. we ran a credit card and then square never gave us the money for it.
