With Square’s TikTok integration, you can now reach a new audience on one of the fastest-growing social media platforms and grow your sales.
Here’s how it works.
- Launch a Square Online site — easy and free: To take advantage of TikTok’s new commerce features, you’ll need a shopping site first. Sync your items from Square to Square Online.
- Link to TikTok: In your Square dashboard, quickly connect your TikTok For Business account or create a new one and install the TikTok pixel in one click.
- TikTok Shopping: Sync your Square item catalog to TikTok and activate a Shopping tab on your TikTok profile so fans can browse all your products at once.
- Product Links: Feature product links in TikTok videos and ads that point viewers directly to your Square Online site to purchase.
- Stronger customer relationships: All purchases from TikTok happen on your Square Online site. That means you gather valuable customer data to run Square Marketing and Square Loyalty programs that keep customers coming back.

October 2022 - Important Update:
Due to recent developments on TikTok, from Tuesday, 11th October 2022, we are no longer accepting new sellers into our Square x TikTok integration.
For now, TikTok has decided not to accept new merchants to Storefronts. Square is always testing and experimenting with commerce channels that enable our sellers to share their products, and we look forward to continuing to offer more ways for you to reach and engage buyers.
