Why can't I create a report for more than a year?

EDIT: I found out I can do increments of sales reports, year to year. 
I still need a customer and appointment report for specific services. I can see sales summary for a service, but not who had the service/appt.

Why can't I create a report for more than a year? I need to see my appointment calendar from when I started using square. I used to be able to create reports from previous years. What happened?  
How do I get this information? 

Or, how can I upload all my clients appointments on the calendar to a cvs file?

Hi @CResthetician - Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Square Seller Community👋

 

I reached out to the Square Appointments Support Team to get their suggestion. They let me know that you can export your full history by going to the Appointments page on your Square Dashboard, then to Settings, and then History. From here, you can export your full history to a CSV. This will show your clients' names, location of service, date, services booked, email, and any appointment notes.
